1. Services

Lucas Chandler (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides website design, development, and hosting services (“Services”) through AI-assisted tooling. By purchasing a subscription or using our Services, you agree to these terms.

2. Subscriptions and Billing

Services are offered on a monthly subscription basis. Your subscription renews automatically each month. You may cancel at any time; your site remains live through the end of your current billing period. Prices are listed on our pricing page and are subject to change with 30 days notice.

3. Refund and Cancellation Policy

We offer a full refund within the first 14 days of your initial subscription if you are not satisfied with the delivered website. After 14 days, no refunds are issued for the current billing period, but you may cancel to prevent future charges. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

4. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all content you provide (text, images, logos). We retain ownership of the underlying code and design systems. You receive a license to use the website for the duration of your subscription.

5. Content Responsibility

You are responsible for providing accurate content for your website. We do not verify the accuracy of business claims, product descriptions, or other content you provide. We reserve the right to refuse service for content that is illegal, hateful, or otherwise objectionable.

6. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime for hosted websites but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Hosting is provided via third-party infrastructure (Cloudflare). We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party providers, force majeure, or scheduled maintenance.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Services is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via email. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
